WisePay Info

Online Payments

Families have fed back to us that they would like an online payment system to make it quicker and easier to pay for school lunches, trips, clubs etc.  They would also like to select school lunch options in advance.

Many schools are now almost cashless.  A number of schools within the St John the Baptist CMAT use WisePay including Notre Dame High School.  Therefore we have chosen WisePay as our online payment system.

Free School Meals

From September 2014 the government introduced Universal infant free school meals. This means that families with children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible to claim a free school meal for their child. There is no eligibility criteria, every YR, Y1 and Y2 child is entitled.

You may still be entitled to claim a free school meal for your child if you are in receipt of specific benefits. If you are eligible, your claim will also ensure your child’s school receives Pupil Premium funding.  We can use the extra funding to fund your child in a variety of ways including:

  • Before School ‘Sunshine Club’ to improve progress
  • Free Breakfast and Homework Club
  • Free Extra Curricular Clubs
  • School Trips subsidy
